Finding the Path of Destruction Favour
To begin this quest, you must first gain access to the hidden Jungle region within the Crater of Vanaheim. This requires completing the Return of the River quest to restore water to the valley, allowing you to use a boat to navigate. Once the river flows freely, row your boat to the eastern dock and follow the path leading toward a narrow gap in the rock walls.
As you venture into this secluded footprint area, the ground will shake, and a massive creature will collapse the path beneath you. Kratos will drop into a circular stone arena, which officially activates the Favour in your quest log. From this point, your objective shifts toward finding a way out of the pit and drawing the predatory monster into the open.
Solving the Elevator Cage Puzzle
